Buses - urban bus transport in Szczecin is managed by ZdiTM which subcontracts several smaller companies to service particular routes. The bus network includes 51 daytime routes and 13 night-time ones. There are also express buses marked with letters, whose routes partially overlap those of the trams, since the express transport is aimed at being a more expensive and faster alternative to the trams. These routes mainly connect districts on the right bank with the city centre.

Trams - the city’s tram transport is managed by ZdiTM, while other passenger transport is run by MZK Szczecin. The network includes twelve routes which spread out radially in the centre to provide passengers with good access to crucial commercial and service locations, as well as to the most important right-bank districts of the city.

TICKETS: the price of the ticket depends on the time of travel and the kind of route taken. For "ordinary" routes, the fare is 1.90 PLN for a 20-minute trip, 2.90 PLN for 60 minutes, 3.80 PLN for 120 minutes, whereas taking an “express” route costs 3.80, 5.80 and 7.70 PLN respectively. The charges for night-time routes are the same as those for the "express" ones.
The tickets are designed to be punched on entering the vehicle. Passengers may transfer within the time limit.

Domestic transport:

Trains - domestic railway connections are managed and serviced by PKP.
The city’s main railway station is Szczecin Główny situated in ul. Kolumba in Nowe Miasto.
The station is the starting point for journeys to major Polish cities, as well as to Berlin, Amsterdam, Lübeck, and Hamburg.
